Contabs is a manual counting and packaging device for capsules, tablets and tablets in bottles within an operational packaging process.
It arises as a solution to facilitate the counting process and to make the production times of capsule and tablet packaging of pharmaceutical products more efficient.
It is designed with high quality acrylic that facilitates the visibility of the operator when executing the activity and increases its production.
Being easy to use and transparent to place the bulk product, it is capable of packaging an average of 10 containers per minute.
Its interchangeable bases adapt to the different thicknesses of containers or jars and a height leveler adjusts to the funnel rim.

Contabs was a project developed and designed for Castro Ramirez, a Mexican pharmaceutical process company, which as a result, reduced production times and increased efficiency in its operational packaging process.
